Kampala CarnavalIn 2019 a bunch of hardworking Dutchies decided to organise the first edition of Dutch Carnaval in Kampala. They fixed a bar (kroeg in Dutch), promoted the event and people showed up in silly outfits, they drank a lot of beer and danced the night away.
